The LabHR team consists of 36 specialists from various fields who work according to a unified methodology. Each specialist has a profile related to organizational effectiveness, personnel assessment, and development, holding master's and doctoral degrees along with relevant certifications. Most of them are speakers at internationally respected conferences.
