Recommended Meeting Days

The most effective days for team meetings are typically Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Personally, I recommend Thursdays, as they allow you to review the current week’s progress, align on key priorities for the upcoming week, and still have Friday to finalize any action points with the team. It also gives space to plan personal or strategic matters over the weekend with more clarity.
