PROBLEM
Departments and branches of the company that were formed in different periods of company existence didn’t have a common management system, the work standards differed, and many were outdated, which caused the poor quality of services, demotivation of employees, and low management efficiency.
SOLUTION
Oversaw the implementation of a unified budgeting system for the entire company.
Built the whole structure of the back office for business units (HR department, Marketing department, It support department, etc).
Created a system of quality control services and supporting SOP.
Accompanied tough negotiations.
RESULT
- Created a transparent budgeting system, which made it possible to see deviations in costs and lost profits and optimize them
- Increased the efficiency of business units due to the correct operation of the back office (speed of tasks, quality, result, profit)
- Helped in negotiations with government authorities to keep 2 business units from closing
